Wholesale Policies

  • Wholesale items are final sale. 
  • Please report damages within 5 days of delivery. 
  • Please reference product descriptions for TAT and MOQ's 
  • Each item is listed with required MOQ - please reference this. If you do not follow MOQ requirements, your order will be canceled with a 10% restocking fee
  • All products must be marked up at least 2x to protect brand integrity. No exceptions. Your account will be terminated if you fail to follow this policy.
  • Prices may not be discounted until 30 days after order date. No exceptions. Your account will be terminated if you fail to follow this policy.
  • Watermark must be left on all Sorrel South images.
  • ShipTection is added to all orders. If you remove shipping protection from your order, you will be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. We will not cover your shipment if you do not purchase ShipTection.
  • If shipping outside of the US, receiver is responsible for any custom duties/taxes. 
  • We are unable to cancel or edit orders once placed. Please make sure the order is correct before submitting.
